Immediately, in São Paulo / SP, place larger and "mouth" broader, in order to fit more trash and go more easily, large soda bottles dumps. At each point, handicap sign install 3 or 4 dumps, always with the metal plate with the saying "delete here and throw the cigarette inside." Important: 1. overt advertising on every vehicle of communication, indicating the correct use of trash, including the smoker 2. spread this furniture, plenty and a few meters away from each other.
